Thai people are known for their tasty food and their skills in
presenting them on the table. Unless you're on a deserted island, you'll find
that you are hardly 100m away from a restaurant where you can choose as your
dining venue, at any time of the day in Thailand. Most tourists frequently ask
the question. Which Thailand restaurant to eat at? Where can I have my best
dining in Thailand experience? This, of course, depends on your style of
traveling and budget in your pocket.
When in Thailand there are three main options for travelers: 1. There are many
excellent up market restaurants in
Bangkok,
Phuket,
Pattaya,
Huahin,
Samui,
Chiangmai and other tourist centers. These restaurants offer a great
experience with a wonderful atmosphere, perfect service at affordable prices.
Many of these restaurants no matter what nationality food they server always
come with a Thai menu. 2. The street stalls are the cheapest option for a nice
tasty meal for next to nothing. Many travelers are afraid to eat at road side
stalls for hygienic reasons, but don’t forget the normal Thai people live on
them even the kids. So there isn’t much to panic about. 3. Especially in
Thailand’s touristy places you'll find plenty of traveler cafes and restaurants
offering both Thai and Western food to foreign clientele. Most of these Thailand
restaurants and cafes do not necessarily serve authentic Thai, it's usually
quite tasty and these places are worth a try. The restaurants mostly offer
standard Thai dishes such as soups, salads and curries for around 40-80 Baht per
dish.
It’s a pity that many of the restaurants in Thailand do not have websites. Here
are links to some good interesting restaurants in Bangkok, Phuket, Pattaya,
Huahin, Samui, Chiangmai and other major cities in Thailand. |
